NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-003694 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2004-2, Plaintiff, and ODYSSEUS MATHEDRIAL LANIER A/K/A ODYSSEUS M. LANIER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CLEANZA LANIER A/K/A CLEANZA M. LANIER A/K/A CLEANZA T. THORNTON A/K/A CLEANZA LANIER THORNTON, DECEASED; ANDREA LANIER WESTON A/K/A ANDREA L. THORNTON A/K/A CLEANZA LANIER THORNTON, DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of October, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 2, WELLINGTON HOMES AT COUNTRYWAY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
