NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-001831 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and BRENDA DIANE COLLINS A/K/A BRENDA D. COLLINS; THE ESTATE OF MARGARET WHITE A/K/A MARGARET ANN WHITE A/K/A MARGARET A. WHITE, DECEASED; WAYNE T. DAVIS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ETHER CAPPS DAVIS TRUST DATED 05/14/1990; GERALD K. DAVIS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ETHER CAPPS DAVIS TRUST DATED 05/14/1990; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST THE ESTATE OF MARGARET WHITE A/K/A MARGARET ANN WHITE A/K/A MARGARET A. WHITE, DECEASED; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of October, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 300 FEET OF THE EAST 300 FEET OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH. RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
