Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008386, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GENE A. SMITH A/K/A GENE ALLEN SMITH, DECEASED ;NANCY J. SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CALUSA INVESTMENTS, LLC; BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY, A CORP; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; TULLY VOGT; JENNIFER ALLEN; GENE ALLEN SMITH JR.; ANGELA WENDELBOE; PATRICIA SMITH; CHRISTOPHER SMITH; BRIAN SMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on October 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, BRANDON LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
