NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-004681, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA4 is the Plaintiff and BONNIE BRETT, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALLAN POTEAT A/K/A ALLAN EDWARD POTEAT; VICTORIA PESLAK HYMAN; R.F.M. RESEARCH, INC.- INACTIVE; SAILBOAT KEY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNRISE AT HARBOURSIDE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BONNIE E. BRETT; MICHELE PESLAK DLUGOS; ROBERT DOYON; STEVEN DOYON; DANIEL LEONARD; WILLIAM A. PESLAK; MANLY GUY POTEAT, III; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALLAN POTEAT AKA ALLAN EDWARD POTEAT, DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A LISA SALINARD IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 31st day of October 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 106, BUILDING 11, OF SUNRISE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7035, PAGES 1755 THROUGH 1855, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
