NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-003531-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JESSICA E. CHRISTENSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA E. CHRISTENSEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MAGNOLIA SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 1703, BUILDING 20-B, IN MAGNOLIA SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4324, PAGE(S) 1808, THROUGH 1880, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4413, PAGE 78, ET UX, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 104 THROUGH 114, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
