NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-021130 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Chase Bank USA, National Association, successor in interest to Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A., Forest Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Kelly A. Flynn a/k/a Kelly A. Flynn Schutte, The Unknown Spouse of Kelly A. Flynn A/K/A Kelly A. Flynn Schutte n/k/a Thomas Shutte, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
