NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 12-B, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4145, Page 1040, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Pages 44-46, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in the said Declaration. With the following street address: 2284 Oak Neck Road, #12B, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 21, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
