NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-009475 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and PAUL M. HOAMBRECKER A/K/A PAUL HOAMBRECKER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 12, WESTLAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 64 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
