NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2011, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Schedule Foreclosure Sale as to Defendants James W. Appley II and Judith H. Appley dated September 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-014496-CI (13) in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sutherland Asset I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Assignee of Southern Commerce Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and James W. Appley, II and Judith H. Appley, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on November 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (EST), at the Pinellas County Clerk's website for on-line auctions, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Being a part of the North 1/2 of Farm 36, PINELLAS FARMS, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 4 and 5 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, being further described as follows:
From the center of Section 16, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, thence North 89 degrees 49'42” East, 224.86 feet along the East-West centerline of Section 16, thence run South 00 degrees 04'56” West, 40.00 feet to the South right of way line of 110th Avenue North for a Point of Beginning; thence run North 89 degrees 49'42” East, 80.00 feet along said right of way; thence run South 00 degrees 04'56” West, 297.18 feet to the South line of the North 1/2 of Farm 36; thence run South 89 degrees 52'08” West, 80.00 feet along said South line; thence run North 00 degrees 04'56” East, 297.12 feet to the Point of Beginning.
