YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a declaratory judgment action to interpret a settlement agreement from the lawsuit The Southern Christian Leadership Conference and Sevell Brown, III, v. City of St. Petersburg and S.F. Lynn, United States District Court Case No. 89-0026-CIV-T-13B and to declare rights as to a permit for the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. parade has been filed against you.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on JANE WALLACE, ESQ., Assistant City Attorney, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is P. O. Box 2842, St. Petersburg, Florida 33731, on or before October 28, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Supplemental Relief.
