Earle aka Virginia Scott Earle, deceased, File Number 16-5494-ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent's date of death was May 16, 2016; that the total value of the estate is $25,385.58 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
