NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 09, 2016, and entered in 14-005607-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11 is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY D. SPATH, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ANNE M. SPATH TRUST, UTD NOVEMBER 19, 2007; BARDMOOR NORTH PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ANNE M. SPATH TRUST, UTD NOVEMBER 19, 2007; JEFFREY D. SPATH A/K/A JEFF SPATH; DIANE CAPRARI A/K/A DIANE J. CAPRARI; TIMOTHY SPATH; ELIZABETH SPATH A/K/A ELIZABETH ANNE SPATH; JOHN SPATH A/K/A JOHN DAVID SPATH are the Defendant(s).
