NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 15-003813-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and BUDDY J. JOHNSON A/K/A BUDDY JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BUDDY J. JOHNSON A/K/A BUDDY JOHNSON; CAROL STEVENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL STEVENS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; POOL CARE OF TAMPA BAY, INC.; AMERICAN PAINTERS INC.; AIR CARE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, INC.; BOSS ELECTRIC CORP.; CHARLIE'S WELLS, INC. are the Defendant(s).
