NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of September 2016 and entered in Case No. 14002741CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ABDUL R. MUHAMMAD A/K/A ABDUL RAHEEM MUHAMMAD; SHADOW LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TAMISHA JACKSON, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ABDUL R. MUHAMMAD A/K/A ABDUL RAHEEM MUHAMMAD; TAMISHA JACKSON; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of November 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT I-202, SHADOW LAKES CONDOMINIUM PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5424, PAGES 864; O.R. BOOK 5475, PAGE 517; O.R. BOOK 5649, PAGE 642, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5707, PAGE 1270 AND O.R. BOOK 5842, PAGE 1647, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 85 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 85 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 33, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
