NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Consent) dated September 16, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-005269-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8, Plaintiff, and DENNIS VELLARDITA A/K/A DENNIS T. VELLARDITA A/K/A DENNIS TIMOTHY VELLARDITA A/K/A DENNIS E. VELLARDITA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A REGINALD RUSELL, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK F, FIRST SECTION MOUNT WASHINGTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
