NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Consent) entered by the Court on September 10, 2014 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered by the Court on March 6, 2017 in Civil Case Number 2013-CA-004974-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LYNN KASTEN AND NEWBURY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. EST on April 26, 2017 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property, as set forth in the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Consent) dated September 10, 2014, to wit:
