NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002404-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein KINGSMEAD ASSET HOLDING TRUST, BY AND THROUGH U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and MANESH JANI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 51009 of LAKE BUENA VISTA RESORT VILLAGE IV, a Hotel Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 9453, Page 112, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
