shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 24th day of April, 2017, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida .Statutes by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com.
