NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22nd, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014CA000714AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the PrimeStar-H Fund I Trust, Plaintiff and HANFORD GEORGE BRACE; PHYLLIS BRACE; ET AL, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this May 10th, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6029, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION PHASE VI, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 79 THROUGH 90, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
