NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA001850000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., CSAB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and Horace Edward Morris a/k/a Horace E. Morris; Unknown Spouse of Horace Edward Morris a/k/a Horace E. Morris are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, SOMERSET, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
