NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA003856000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and BARRIOS, EMMANUEL AND LYNNETTE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 30, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Re-Establishment of Lost Note, to-wit:
