NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-002107-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and ELVITA PIERRE; ERICK DORESTIL; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT NO. 92, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
