NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000091 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, succesor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Chad Jetvig, Maria Pierce a/k/a Mara Pierce, Unknown Party #4 NKA Stanley Jean, Billy Maurissaint, Pinehurst at Stratford Place Homeowners Association, Inc., Stratford Place Master Association, Inc., T Financial Services, LLC DBA Trinity Financial Services, LLC, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Maria Jean, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
