NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, , and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002160-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for SASCO Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-SC1 , is the Plaintiff and Albert L. Bentley a/k/a Albert Bently a/k/a Albert Bentley a/k/a Albert T. Bentley; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Collier County, Florida; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Wayne Bentley; and Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Philis Graham are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4, MAIN LINE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
