NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 1, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012CA001582CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, Na, is the Plaintiff and Ashton Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc., Benito Martinez A/K/A Benito Martinez-Reyes, Rosa Maria Martinez, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Matthew Olivera, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 AM on the 8th of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
