YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, to enforce a lien regarding the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit No. 26, of Bunker Oaks, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1216, Page 39, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 27, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 3551 Longmeadow, Sarasota, FL 34235.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Randolph L. Smith, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is NAJMY THOMPSON, P.L., 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34209, [email protected] within thirty (30) days from the first day of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Sarasota County Courthouse, Sarasota, Florida, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
