NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-004873-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for CMLTI 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and MARY L PRINTZ are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF LOT 7, ALL OF LOT 9 AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK 18, FLORA VILLA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
