NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of March, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007108, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JORGE ALFONSO YANES A/K/A JORGE YANES ALFONSO A/K/A JORGE ALFONSO; ELIANNE ALFONSO; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 27th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 31, 32, 33 AND 34, BLOCK 4, LAKE VIEW PARK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
