NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Sale dated February 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-005965 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and Barbara C. Peddicord; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Trevor Peddicord; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Christy Peddicord; and, Brentwood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 7 OF BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
