NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2017, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 11, HIDDEN CREEK AT WEST LAKE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 227, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 19, 2017, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
