THE SOUTH 205.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 733.40 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE EAST 1080.00 FEET THEREOF; AND LESS THE WEST 25.00 FEET THEREOF FOR A RIGHT OF WAY FOR VALRICO ROAD.
AND LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR ROAD PURPOSES AS SHOWN RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1632 AT PAGE 893, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2102 OAK HILL DRIVE, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on May 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
