NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28th 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-010103 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DOROTHY E. JOHNSTON A/K/A DOROTHY JOHNSTON A/K/A DOROTHY L. JOHNSTON et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, SUN CITY CENTER OBIT 40, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 1603 WEATHERFORD DRIVE, SUN CITY CENTER, FLORIDA 33573
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
