COMMENCING 195 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 20, RODNEY JOHNSON'S RIVERVIEW HIGHLANDS, REVISED MAP THEREOF, UNIT 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSDBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE WEST 200 FEET, THENCE NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE EAST 200 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THAT PART IN USE FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR 5TH STREET.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1993 MOBILE HOME ID # CL13719A TITLE # 63754971 AND ID # CL13719B TITLE # 63754972
