NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on day of 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003064, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LORI L. JONES A/K/A LORI LYNN JONES A/K/A LORI L. BORCHARDT A/K/A LORI LYNN BORCHARDT; MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MIRROR LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; JEFFERY BRIAN TORKKO; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 215, OF UNIT 58 MIRROR LAKES IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGES 83 THROUGH 160, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
