Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 3 day of April, 2017, and entered in case No. 16-CA-002901 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SKYLINE MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and KENNETH BRICE TUCKER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH BRICE TUCKER now known as LINDSAY TUCKER and NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of June, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment No. 104, SKYLINE MANOR CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1718, Page 1645, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/8 share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to said Declaration of Condominium
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
