NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 16-005173-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and GEORGIA CHRISTOPOULOS and TAMPA BAY SYSTEMS SALES INC DOING BUSINESS AS TAMPA BAY TRANE DOING BUSINESS AS TRANE PARTS CENTER, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 11, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 6, BLK 10, SOUTH CAUSEWAY ISLE, THIRD ADDITION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded at Plat Book 046, Page 019, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
