NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-000284-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and ANSELMO NAAR, a/k/a ANSEL NAAR, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, N.A., are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 4, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
A portion of Lot 7, W.D. Sutton Subdivision of Lot 10-Blk. F. Fuller's Garden Homes, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Described as follows;
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 and run thence S89° 50'W along the south line of said Lot 7, a distance of 273.70 feet to the point of beginning; continue thence S89° 50 'W a distance of 61.70 feet; run thence N04° 00'54”W, a distance of142.82 feet; run thence N89° 50'E a distance of 51,70 feet; run thence S07° 59'33”E, a distance of 143.84 feet, to the point of beginning.

Fuller's Garden Homes, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 85, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7 and run thence S 89°50' W along the South line of said Lot 7, a distance of 273.70 feet to the point of beginning; continue thence S 89°50' W a distance of 61.70 feet; run thence N 04°00'54” W, a distance of 142.82 feet; run thence N 89°50' E, a distance of 51.70 feet; run thence S 07°59'33” E, a distance of 143.84 feet, to the point of beginning.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
