NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-010544-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM X TRUST, is Plaintiff and - PHANITH POYHANYA; RACHNA THONG; SALLY POYHANYA; DAVOUTH POYHANYA;, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28TH day of APRIL, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SW ΒΌ OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST 700' AND NORTH 37.5' FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 140' THENCE EAST 200', THENCE SOUTH 140', THENCE WEST 200' TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
