NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 10, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-007580-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PATRICK J. MCCLUNEY A/K/A PATRICK JAMESON MCCLYNEY A/K/A PATRICK MCCLUNEY, DECEASED; WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES; MARK R. FEGAL, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICK J. MCCLUNEY A/K/A PATRICK JAMESON MCCLYNEY A/K/A PATRICK MCCLUNEY, DECEASED; BYRON PATRICK MCCLUNEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 7 BUILDING NO. 10 OF WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S)1, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4962, PAGE 1581 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
