Final Judgment was awarded on March 10, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-001772-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF CAROL REMELSBERGER A/K/A CAROL L. REMELSBERGER, DECEASED; WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CAROL REMELSBERGER A/K/A CAROL L. REMELSBERGER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF CAROL REMELSBERGER A/K/A CAROL L. REMELSBERGER, DECEASED; LYNDA JO LIVINGSTON A/K/A LYNDA LIVINGSTON; CHRISTY SWAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL REMELSBERGER A/K/A CAROL L. REMELSBERGER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
UNIT 6304, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM III A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS /CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5428, PAGE (S) 1364, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
