NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 10, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-001878-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff, and LUELLA M. SOUHRADA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUELLA M. SOUHRADA; VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT THIRTEEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; VENDOME VILLAGE LAND TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LEASEHOLD INTEREST CREATED BY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4041 PAGE 1642, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE SAME PERTAINS TO AND COVERS. CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 8470, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT THIRTEEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 33 AND 34 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4041, PAGE(S) 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
