NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 20, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-006326-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, RAYMOND JAMES BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JUDY K. BRISCOE, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM NESMINGER A/K/A WILLIAM ENSMINGER; SUSAN MILLER; ANGELA M. BRISCOE; COLLEEN BRISCOE ENSMINGER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 24, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK B-1, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
