YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as UNIT 104 OF BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS - SOUTH GARDEN 8, BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-SOUTH GARDEN 8, BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5136, pages 2024-2075, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
