NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 10-013551-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, is Plaintiff and TERESA A. AYERS A/K/A AS TERESA PFIRRMAN AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PASQUALE S. PALUMBO AKA PASQUALE S. PALUMBO, SR., DECEASED; TERESA A. AYERS A/K/A AS TERESA PFIRRMAN; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA SECURITY SAVINGS BANK, SLA; JOSEPH S. PALUMBO; PASQUALE S. PALUMBO, JR.; JESSICA L. PALUMBO; LACEY H. PFIRRMAN; PHILLIP PALUMBO A MINOR CHILD, are defendants. CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 30, BUILDING NO. 26, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT TWENTY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT 10, PAGE 8 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3731, PAGE 681, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
