DeLoach III as Trustee of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, Edgewater Arms Third, Inc., Johns Hopkins University, Homewood Campus as a Beneficiary of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church as a Beneficiary of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, Carol Sims as a Beneficiary of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, Catherine Boone as a Beneficiary of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, Dennis R. DeLoach, III as Personal Representative of the Estate of William L. Sims, Gloria Star-Sieminski aka Gloria Schroeder as a Beneficiary of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the William L. Sims Trust Agreement dated 3/19/1993, United States Of America, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 11th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
