NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-005377 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-3AC, is the Plaintiff and Druid Oaks Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, Joan Ann Fairlie-Neal, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
