NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2017, and entered in Civil Case No 2013-CA-010762-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein MGTLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is Plaintiff and FLOR GONZALEZ, JR; REYNARDO GONZALEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REYNARDO GONZALEZ; DAVID OTERO; CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST FLOR GONZALEZ A/K/A FLOR O.
