NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of April, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009891-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BRIAN J. BLAZEJEWSKI A/K/A BRIAN BLAZEJEWSKI; WOODFIELD OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A CHERYL MOORE; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of May, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105, WOODFIELD OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 53, 54 AND 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
