NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2017, entered in Case No. 15001598CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Keith A. Oakes; Kekare, Inc.; Rotonda West Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 n/k/a David Decaro are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on May 3, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 903, ROTONDA WEST OAKLAND HILLS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 15A THROUGH 15L, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
