YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for the 1. Unlawful Filing of False Documents Against Real Property, 2. Unlawful Filing of False Documents Against Real Property; 3. Civil Remedies for Forgery and for the Conveyance of Two False Quitclaim Deeds; and 4. Accounting for Rental Monies on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Parcel 1. “Unit 7 and 8, Ko Ko Kai Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in OR Book 716, Page 306, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida and amended in OR Book 717, Page 1951, together with the undivided Interest appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.” Said property has been divided into two separate condominiums:

Together with a 5 foot walking and docking easement to Lemon Bay as set forth in that certain easement deed recorded in the Official Records Book 638, Page 1881, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida”
